Cressida co-founded Pecora Dairy, an artisan sheep milk dairy and cheesery located in Robertson in 2011. Producing rich, creamy milk for making sensational globally recognised ewes milk cheeses. The light-handed approach Cressida takes, utilising a philosophy of gentleness on the land and towards the ewes is pivotal to producing such high-quality cheese.

Peter and Jack O’Connor are 4th and 5th Generation farmers running their corporate scale family enterprise of 18 properties across the Harden / Young area.
Oxton Park produces crops, wool and prime lamb and is celebrating their centenary of operation. John Mauger, Mauger’s Meats
John has been involved in the family business since the age of 16. Established in 1972, John follows the family principles of paddock to plate by raising grass-fed beef and lamb on free-range pasture and selling the meat directly through their butcher shop.
