About the Welcome Experience
The Welcome Experience, a NSW Government-funded program delivered by Regional Development Australia Southern NSW & ACT (RDASNA), is dedicated to supporting key workers as they integrate into our vibrant communities across Hilltops, Goulburn, Snowy Monaro, Queanbeyan-Palerang, Upper Lachlan, Wingecarribee, and Yass Valley. We offer a range of services designed to make their transition as smooth, supportive, and welcoming as possible.
THE ROLE
Regional Development Australia (RDA) Southern NSW & ACT are seeking a passionate and proactive Local Connector to support key workers across the Southern NSW region. This community-focused role is ideal for someone who is relational, engaged, and committed to helping key public service workers — including those in education, healthcare, police, fire and rescue, and community services — have a positive and welcoming experience. You will collaborate with employers, community organisations, and local groups to strengthen connections and enhance the overall experience of living and working in our region.
